DV2002 Rotary Machinery Spectrum Analysis Module can perform vibration/acoustic signal on vibration/acoustic signals in time domain. In addition to FFT spectrum analysis, Octave Analysis and Waterfall Analysis in frequency domain, you can also perform Order Analysis and Order Tracking Analysis on vibration/acoustic signals, giving you a more complete understanding of the vibration noise source of the rotating machine and the frequency band of the resonance. Most of the analysis functions can be observed in real time, and only a very small number of projects must be used in the post-processing stage. When experimenting with the DV2002 Rotary Machinery Advanced Spectrum Analysis Module, the TTL output tachometer must be used to synchronously capture the speed signal for accurate order analysis and order tracking analysis.
The recorded vibration/acoustic signal can be played through various speakers during the post-processing stage. It is even possible to extract or filter the special band signal combination before playing it to confirm the source of the noise.
Scenario
When you have the following analysis requirements, we suggest you adopt DV2002 Rotary Machinery Spectrum Analysis Module:
- Analyze the amount of rotary machine vibration acceleration, velocity or displacement in different rotation speed.
- Analyze the amount of rotary machine acoustic pressure (Pa) or SPL (dB).
- Use frequency waterfall, order analysis or order tracking analysis to analyze the spectral characteristics of vibration or acoustic pressure signals to find out the reason of excessive vibration or noise of rotating machinery.
- Establish a rotary machinery vibration/acoustic inspection standard on the production line.
- Establish a damage monitoring database for variable speed rotary machinery.
